Miss USA Olivia Culpo Shared her Diet Tips with SHAPE Magazine
The New Miss USA, Olivia Culpo was recently interviewed by SHAPE magazine, where the newly crowned Miss USA unveiled what she eats in her daily diet plan in order to keep her in a good shape.
The brown haired beauty chit chat with SHAPE magazine and revealed her fitness secret, she loves snacking and said,
“I love unsalted almonds, especially if I’m about to do a photo shoot or compete. There’s no mess, and they’re so easy to pack in a little Ziploc bag to take with you,” Miss USA Olivia Culpo also said. “It’s my number one go-to-snack!”
During the chit chat, she also accepted that when she was growing up, she used to be short and chubby and use to take Special K bars for a daily dose of protein. She also said that meal bars contain more protein and are a great choice for a high protein diet which contains low carbs.She also love potatoes and said ‘I love them’. She cooked them in oven and takes off their skin and then mashed them, then pours cayenne pepper and a little quantity of salt on it and just love eating them.There are other foods items that she loved to eat in her daily diet; it includes yogurt, bananas and steamed veggies and she prefer them steamed rather then eating them in raw form.
Newly Crowned, Miss USA, Olivia Culpo has told in the interview that bananas calm her down, she said that she does not know if it is the potassium but somehow it helps her calm her nerves.
